WINDOWS FOR YOUR BALCONY

As balcony glazing grows in popularity, it’s transforming how we use our outdoor spaces.

BENEFITS:

Brighten your home and increase your square footage

Glazing transforms your balcony into a bright, weatherproof extension of your home. These frameless systems offer a premium architectural finish that enhances the building’s exterior and adds long-term value to your investment.

Versatile glass movement for total control

Open the first pane 90° and slide the rest along the track to fully stack them out of the way. Whether you want a small gap for ventilation or a completely open balcony, our sliding-and-turning system adapts to your needs.

Low maintenance, more enjoyment

Cleaning is simple and safe because every glass pane opens inward, allowing you to reach both sides with ease. Additionally, the sealed enclosure keeps your balcony pristine by blocking out windblown dust, leaves, and debris.

Enhanced comfort: quieter and warmer

Glazing creates a thermal buffer that retains heat longer, extending your balcony’s usability into the cooler months. By significantly reducing external noise, it transforms your balcony into a peaceful retreat and a perfect, frost-protected sanctuary for your favourite plants.

How to use the balcony glazing system?

  • Effortless movement: The precision roller system allows each glass pane to slide smoothly along the tracks—no force required.
  • Simple start: To open the first pane, simply pull the release cord and swing the glass 90° inward.
  • Slide & turn: Once the first pane is open, slide the next one into its place and fold it inward to join the first.
  • Book-style stacking: Repeat this process for all remaining panes. They will stack neatly against the wall like the pages of a book, leaving your balcony completely open.
  • Flexible ventilation: The lead pane can be secured in two different “ventilation positions” to allow fresh air in without fully opening the system.
  • Custom airflow: After the first pane is open, you can slide the other panels back and forth along the track to create gaps for airflow without folding them inward.
  • Secure closing: When leaving your home or closing the balcony, ensure all glass panes are moved back to their original positions and securely locked.
